Currently there are no facilities to change your password. We hope to have this in place before the end of the year.

We cannot give out your password over the phone for obvious reasons, but here are some ideas before you call us. Look for the e-mail message that we sent you confirming your registration it included your password. Check you CAP LOCKS key on your keyboard. The server is case sensitive and will reject uppercase letters. Have you paid your bill? We do not allow access to customers who are behind on their bill. If this all fails then send us an e-mail note requesting your password and we will send you your current login and password to the e-mail address we have on record.
